02 — How it works
Reserve online, collect your scooter or e-bike at the pickup point, and return it when you are done. No paperwork at the curb, no hidden fees.
Compare scooters and e-bikes on the fleet page, then choose a pickup point near your hotel. Hourly rates are fixed and taxes are already included.
Send the booking form with your date, time and duration. You get a confirmation with the exact address, a helmet and a lock code. Helmets are required by law for riders under 18 and recommended for everyone.
Follow our route suggestions to match your battery range, stay off sidewalks where local rules ban them, and park in a marked zone to close the rental. The refundable deposit returns to your card.
05 / Pricing
Take an hourly ride through the old town, rent an e-bike for a full day along the Dnipro embankment, or keep a ride for a week and see more of Ukraine. Taxes are included, the security deposit comes back in full, and we do not add hidden fees at pickup.

03 — Safety
Two minutes before you unlock. This checklist keeps your ride, your deposit and your documents in order.
Helmets are required by law for riders under 18. We hand out a helmet free with every rental, and we recommend one for adults on every route.
Minimum age is 16 with a parent present. Bring a passport or national ID plus a card for the refundable security deposit.
Use bike lanes, cycle paths and the road shoulder. Riding on sidewalks and in pedestrian zones of the city centre is prohibited.
Stay under 25 km/h, obey lights and signs, and never carry a second rider on one scooter.
Alcohol and drugs are illegal while riding. After dark, switch on the front and rear lights and wear something reflective.
Leave the scooter in a marked parking area, lock it, and report any damage or accident to +380 681 348 0862 within 24 hours.
