Reserve a scooter or e-bike before you land

Booking online takes about two minutes. Choose your vehicle, pick a pickup point in central Kyiv, and confirm your time slot. Your reservation is held with a refundable security deposit, and the price you see already includes taxes.

    Pick your ride and dates

    Select a scooter or e-bike in the booking form, then set the pickup date, start time and rental duration.

    Choose a pickup location

    Compare pickup points and battery ranges on the locations list, then choose the one closest to your hotel.

    Confirm and collect

    Add your name, email and phone number. Bring your ID and a helmet fitting check takes under five minutes at the counter.

04 — Reserve

Book a scooter or e-bike in Kyiv

Choose a pickup point, date, time and ride type. Your machine is prepared and checked at the hub, and a helmet comes with every reservation.

Sending this request accepts the Rental Agreement and the Safety Policy. Helmets are required by law for riders under 18.

Pick up your ride in Kyiv, Lviv, or Odesa

Every pickup point is staffed, so a mechanic checks your scooter or e-bike with you before you ride out. Each handover takes about ten minutes and includes a helmet, a phone mount, and a short safety briefing.

Staying outside the centre? We deliver to most central hotels and apartments for 120 UAH, and the fee is waived on rentals of three days or longer. Compare models on the fleet page, then send us your address and we will confirm a handover window.

Questions before you ride

Rental requirements, deposits and safety rules for scooters and e-bikes in Kyiv. Still unsure? Call +380 681 348 0862 or reserve your ride on the booking form.

A passport or national ID, a minimum age of 18 (16 with a guardian's signed consent), and a payment card in your own name. We verify the ID at pickup.

2,000 UAH for e-bikes and 3,000 UAH for scooters, blocked on your card and released in full within 3 working days of return. Rates already include taxes, so there are no hidden fees at the desk.

Every rental comes with a helmet, and it is required by law for riders under 18 and recommended for everyone. Ride in bike lanes and shared streets; riding on sidewalks is prohibited where marked, and night riding needs front and rear lights.

Each route card lists distance, ride time and a battery estimate, so you can plan with a margin. If you run low, call us and we swap the battery or bring a replacement vehicle to your location.

Yes. Changes and cancellations are free up to 24 hours before your pickup slot. Inside 24 hours we charge one hour of rental. Details are in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Choose a pickup point in the pickup locations list, or ask for hotel delivery inside central Kyiv. Return to the same point, or any listed point for a 100 UAH transfer fee.
