Rental Agreement

This Rental Agreement sets out who may rent from kexorin.com, what identification and deposit we require, how fees and taxes are charged, and how damage, liability and insurance are treated. It applies to every rental order placed through kexorin.com in Ukraine.

1. Eligibility and age

You may enter into a rental agreement only if you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts. By submitting a rental request you confirm that you meet these conditions. We may decline or cancel any rental where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

2. Identification requirements

Before handover you must present a valid passport or national ID card and a second confirmation of identity on request. Data is recorded to verify eligibility and to perform the contract. We process such data under the Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» від 01.06.2010 № 2297-VI, and cookies or device storage are used only with your consent under the Закон України «Про електронні комунікації» від 16.12.2020 № 1089-IX.

3. Security deposit

A refundable security deposit may be blocked or charged before handover. The deposit amount is shown at checkout before you confirm the order. It is returned after the item is checked and returned in the agreed condition, less any documented damage, missing items, late fees or unpaid charges.

4. Fees, prices and taxes

All rental prices, delivery fees, late-return fees and penalties are displayed in the order summary before purchase, together with the total payable. Taxes are included where indicated. kexorin.com is a single tax payer; VAT is applied only where legally required. No undisclosed charge is added after confirmation.

5. Damage and liability

You are responsible for loss, theft or damage caused during the rental period, up to the documented repair or replacement cost. Normal wear is excluded. Report any incident immediately so we can assess it fairly and provide evidence of the cost.

6. Insurance limitations

Insurance, where offered, is limited to the cover stated in the policy summary. It does not cover misuse, unauthorised transfer to third parties, prohibited use, fines, or personal belongings. Insurance never removes your duty to return the item in the agreed condition.

7. Consumer rights and dispute resolution

Your statutory rights apply under the Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX, and online contracting is governed by the Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» від 03.09.2015 № 675-VIII. Complaints should first be sent to contact@kexorin.com. If we cannot resolve a dispute, you may apply to a competent court in Ukraine or to the relevant consumer protection authority.
