Safety Policy

1. Helmets

A fastened, certified helmet (EN 1078 or equivalent) is mandatory for every rider, every ride. Helmets are available at pickup. We may cancel a ride if a rider or child is not wearing one.

2. Age limits

Riders must be 18 or older. Riders aged 14–17 need written consent from a parent or guardian, who accepts responsibility. Children under 14 may not operate our vehicles. Child passengers need an approved seat.

3. Traffic laws

Our vehicles are road vehicles. Follow the Traffic Rules of Ukraine: obey signs and signals, never ride impaired by alcohol or drugs, and never use a phone while riding. Riding against traffic is prohibited.

4. Sidewalks

Riding on sidewalks, pedestrian streets and in parks is prohibited wherever a cycle lane exists. If none exists, dismount and walk. Always give way to pedestrians.

5. Responsible riding

Do not exceed 25 km/h, keep a safe braking distance and use lights between dusk and dawn. Do not ride two-up unless the vehicle is designed for it. Park only in designated places. Report accidents within 24 hours.

6. Your rights

We show our business details, prices and your rights before booking, as required by Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» від 03.09.2015 № 675-VIII. Complaints are answered within 30 days; unresolved disputes may go to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection or the courts, under Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX.

7. Data and cookies

Rider data, including location data used for safety, is processed only with your consent, under Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» від 01.06.2010 № 2297-VI. Cookies and device storage follow Закон України «Про електронні комунікації» від 16.12.2020 № 1089-IX.
